To ensure the proper appointment time is scheduled for your care, please review the following prior to scheduling:

For patients interested in a prescription-only program, reviewing & offering safe medications WITHOUT comprehensive weight management care, please select “INITIAL Prescription Only Program Visit”.

For patients interested in an individualized, comprehensive weight management program supporting health goals, nutritional support, and activity goals, with or without medication, please select “INITIAL Comprehensive Weight Management Visit”.
